What it is about
One day to learn to look after each other
A mainly practical course for any couple who want to get started in massage. You learn the basic techniques to work on tension in the back, shoulders and neck, as well as foot and craniofacial massage.
Unlike the introduction course, here each couple practises at its own table, in a relaxed and private atmosphere: every manoeuvre is aimed at learning to work on your partner’s body and release their tension and sore points.
You also learn the postures to adopt so you do not hurt yourself, and how to prepare the room and the atmosphere to enjoy the massage at home.

A day of hands-on practice as a couple
It is a practical course in a small group: each couple works at its own table, one gives and the other receives, then you swap, while the teacher goes round correcting hands and pressure. You learn to relieve the back, shoulders and neck, foot and craniofacial massage, and how to prepare the room and atmosphere to do it again at home.

Questions about the course
Is the price per person or per couple?
Per couple. The €250 covers both of you for the whole day, materials included.
Do we need prior experience?
No. The course is designed for complete beginners: manoeuvres and postures are explained from the start.
How is it different from the introduction to massage course?
Here each couple practises together at its own table. On the introduction course you practise with different classmates, which gives more variety; this one is about learning to look after your partner.
What do we need to bring?
Comfortable clothes and short nails. We provide the rest.
When are the next dates?
22 November 2026, with 8 places. Places are booked online in our shop; if neither suits you, leave your details in the form on this page.
What if we cannot attend?
If the course does not go ahead for reasons on our side, we refund the full amount. If you cancel at least 10 days in advance, we refund 50%; after that there is no refund. The place is tied to the date booked and cannot be changed.
