Appointment policy and protocols

Thank you for booking an appointment at our centres. Our staff will be booking not only the normal treatment time for you, but additional preparation and cleaning time, in order to give you the most pleasant and hygienic experience possible.

So if you cancel at short notice or don’t show up for your appointment, the professional who was going to see you will be at least one hour without being able to work or see anyone else.

Therefore, keep in mind that if you cancel or modify with less than 3 hours in advance (or don’t come and don’t let us know), we will charge you for the booked service in fullIf you made an online booking, the service will be charged and there will be no refund. If you have not paid, you will be charged on your next visit.

This is valid for appointments up to 90 minutes in duration. For appointments of longer duration, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations for appointments up to 13:00 the next day must be made before 22:00 the previous day.

If you are late, the time of your service will be reduced or the part that allows time will be carried out, but you will be charged for all the services booked.
