The deadlines, plainly
What counts is when you tell us, not when the appointment is.
Appointments up to 90 minutes
Cancel or change with at least 3 hours’ notice and there is no charge at all.
Appointments longer than 90 minutes
We need 24 hours’ notice: they are long slots and hard to fill again the same day.
Early appointments
For an appointment before 13:00, tell us before 22:00 the previous day. After that there is nobody at the centre to reorganise the diary.

What happens if you tell us late
The full service is charged
If you cancel or change with less than 3 hours’ notice (or simply do not turn up), the booked service is charged in full.
If you had paid online, the booking is charged and there is no refund. If you had not paid, it is charged on your next visit.
If you arrive late
Your session is shortened, or we do the part there is time for, but the full booked service is paid for. It is not a penalty: the next appointment is already waiting.
Why it works this way
When we book a slot for you we stop taking other people, and we also set aside the time to prepare and clean the room.
If you do not come, the therapist who was waiting for you loses at least an hour of work. That time cannot be recovered.
