What is Neuromeningeal Mobilization?
The nerve or neural structure can be injured. Its intimate relationship with muscles, ligaments or tendons makes it vulnerable to different injuries that can sometimes be confused with muscular, fascial or circulatory pathology .

Is it normal to feel the nerve during the session?
A mild pulling or tingling along the path of the nerve is expected and is what tells the physiotherapist how irritated it is. Sharp or lasting pain is not: say so and the movement is stopped straight away.
How much does a session cost?
From €26.25 for 20 minutes on the à-la-carte list, €75 for the 60-minute session. Oriental therapies start at €60 and some treatments have their own price. The full May 2026 price list downloads as a PDF and is the same at the four centres.
What exactly is a Temple Card?
A prepaid voucher. You buy Temples in advance and spend them on any service: the discount is progressive, from 4% with 20 Temples to 20% with 100. They last 18 months, can be shared and are valid at all four centres.
