Moving the lymph by hand, and knowing why
You learn in practice the manoeuvres and scope of manual lymphatic drainage, whose aim is the manual activation of interstitial fluid and lymph through its channels.
To do it safely and effectively, the necessary theoretical basics of anatomy and physiology are covered, together with pre- and post-surgery applications, fluid retention and other cases.
It is a small-group course that helps massage and beauty professionals broaden their knowledge. You do not need to know how to give massages, but some basic anatomy and physiology is recommended.

Before touching, you understand what moves and where: the basics of the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system. Then come the manoeuvres on the table, slow and light, and their applications before and after surgery and for fluid retention.

We provide massage tables, towels and products. You only bring comfortable clothes.

Questions about the course
Do I need to know how to give massages?
It is not essential, but it is an advanced course: some basic anatomy and physiology is advisable. It is very useful for massage and beauty professionals.
Is it useful for post-operative work?
The course covers pre- and post-surgery applications, as well as fluid retention and other cases.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothes and short nails. We provide the rest of the materials.
Where is it taught?
At our Barrio del Pilar centre, Avenida de Betanzos 64, Madrid.
When is the next date?
21 November 2026, with 8 places. Places are booked online in our shop; if it does not suit you, leave your details in the form and we will let you know about the next one.
What if I cannot attend?
If the course does not go ahead for reasons on our side, we refund the full amount. If you cancel at least 10 days in advance, we refund 50%; after that there is no refund. The place is tied to the date booked and cannot be changed.
