What brings you in?

Choose what sounds most like you. If you are torn between two, say so when you book and reception will guide you.

I am exhausted or stressed

Tight neck, headache at the end of the day, poor sleep. The relaxing massage works the whole body with gentle pressure; start with 60 minutes.

I have a knot

One spot that will not go, in the back, shoulders or lower back. For one area 40 minutes is enough; for the whole back, 60.

I play sport

Before or after a run, the gym or a match, to recover and avoid overload. If there is already an injury, it is a job for physiotherapy.

I am pregnant

Lower back, heavy legs and the need to stop for a while. From the second trimester, lying on your side with cushions.

I want to give a gift

A plan for two or a voucher with no fixed date, so the person can choose the day, time and centre.

I want to look after my face

Without surgery: firmness, radiance and a rested look, with facial massage or a treatment.

My legs feel heavy

Heaviness, fluid retention or a swollen feeling at the end of the day.

I like oriental techniques

Finger pressure, stretching or work on reflex points of the feet.

Something hurts and I am not sure if it is an injury

If there was a knock, pain that will not ease or a diagnosis, start with physiotherapy and its assessment.

How long

20, 40, 60 or 90 minutes?

For à la carte massage techniques the price depends only on the time and is the same at all four centres.

20, 40, 60 or 90 minutes?

Some techniques have their own lengths: shiatsu and Thai massage are 40 or 60 minutes, and hot stones 60 or 80.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before choosing

What is the difference between a relaxing and a deep tissue massage?

The relaxing massage aims to lower stress and works the whole body with gentle pressure. The deep tissue massage focuses on tight areas or knots, with more pressure and more time on each point.

Which length is best for a first visit?

60 minutes. There is time to work the whole body and it is the most booked length. If only one area bothers you, 40 minutes may be enough.

Can I have a massage while pregnant?

Yes, with the pregnancy massage, from the second trimester, lying on your side with cushions and without essences that are contraindicated in pregnancy. If your pregnancy is high-risk, check with your doctor or midwife first.

What if something really hurts?

If there is an injury, pain that will not ease or a diagnosis, physiotherapy is the right choice, and it always starts with an assessment. If you are unsure, we will help you decide.

How much does it cost?

From €26.25 for a 20-minute session. The 60-minute session costs €75. With Temple Cards it comes out up to 20% cheaper.
